This Jean Nouvel building has been the Berlin home of Galerie Lafayette and a number of office spaces since its construction and opening in the 90’s.
The complex existing geometries, budget revisions and strict fire regulations repeateadly challenged the design process but working on this project has been interesting nonetheless.
The top floor hosts the main management floor, where the community team greets members with plenty of natural light and a relaxed environment, while the 3rd and 5th floors have been designed with enterprise clients in mind and customised according to their specific needs.
