The Alexanderplatz property is a new build, located within an area that has been subject to redevelopment several times in its history, most recently during the 1960s, when it was turned into the largest pedestrian public square in Germany as part of the GDR's plan of city center redevelopment.
Partially inspired by details and materials of the Berlin Funkhaus and Café Moskau, it features 7 open plan floors, all featuring cozy lounge areas, open pantries and bookable meeting rooms.
