The young new owner of this 60sqm apartment in Berlin wanted help to optimise the available space, specifically the long and narrow bathroom and kitchen, and to find a coherent design approach while still keeping an eye on the overall budget.

The small storage room connected to the kitchen (typical of Altbau apartments) was transformed into a shower niche, therefore extending the bathroom until the window wall.

The color palette adopted is heavily inspired by a few favourite pastels that the client mentioned during the brainstorming phase.

Neutral hues, wooden and stone surfaces and natural fabrics were preferred when selecting the furniture.
