Part of a 267sqm Altbau property in Kreuzberg, this 110sqm apartment has been flexibly divided from the rest of the property through interconnecting doors and features a lot of interesting historical details.
After careful consideration of which original elements could be safely preserved, such as the original ceiling Stuck, the beautiful double windows and wide wooden doors, it has been fully renovated for short and long term rental.
The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.
With new oak herringbone parquet flooring, a light contrast between ceiling and wall colour and upgraded technical systems throughout the space, the rooms are modern and functional but still winking at a timeless style.
The chosen color palette is a soothing combination of muted greens, dark oak veneer and two tones of off-whites, all inspired and reminiscent of the beautiful public park nearby.
The furniture selected is characterised by clean and soft lines, blending modern pieces with comfortable upholstered textures.
